Wahida Clark and Editor Depart

After months of diligently working together, establishing a permanent brand and producing optimum reading material, national bestselling author and publisher Wahida Clark—creator of the Thug Love series and commander in chief of Wahida Clark Presents—has parted ways with her longstanding editor and assistant Tobias A. Fox.

It was after an employee meeting that Tobias would arrive at the conclusion it was time for him to leave and explore his own ventures. However, according to Clark, Tobias did not leave empty handed: he deleted several files and documents from her office computer; he stole manuscripts along with publishing contracts and a Rolodex filled with a considerable amount of contacts.“Tobias left with the office key and didn't return it. He didn't answer or return any ofmy phone calls, so I sent him a text and still nothing. I had to call him from someone else’s phone to reach him. It was obvious he was trying to avoid me,” Clark explains. “He started calling up my employees stating that ‘he made me.’ He also called up my authors and tried to get them to basically leave my company and follow him. And he even went up to a few prisons to visit and talk it up with authors who were in the mix of signing with me. All this along with emails he sent to my other authors as well.”

In an email provided by Wahida Clark, Tobias writes the following to an author signed to Wahida Clark Presents:

"Hey you! Okay, here's your updated contract. I can do this all day. Seriously, just keep in mind that they know longer have the original contract on file. All you have to do is take the signature page from the contract that you have and add it to the attached updated contract. Don't worry, either way you're going to be okay. We got each other's back."

We contacted Tobias A. Fox for his side of the story and here is what he said:

"This false accusation is not only ridiculous, but seems to be snowballing into a more serious matter. Once this is no longer a court matter I will gladly share my side of the story in its full detail . . . It's very unfortunate that [our] relationship has come to this . . . I should also add that if Wahida Clark doesn’t want to get sued for defamation of character she should let the courts deal with this matter."

Wow After reading the comments between Therone Shellman and "3XAKILLER" I don't know rather to comment on My girl Wahida's article or request Shellman as my friend on myspace. Anyway... Wahida stay strong! Im gonna always be your biggest fan. I guess this explains why that next "Thug" book is taking so long :)

To WCP Employee-Please stop the madness. Because I happen to KNOW BOTH parties and I there was a dispute about $$$. When you don't pay people, guess what-they leave.
Also, if you know what you are talking about then you know the case she filed against Tobias was DISMISSED. DISMISSED means there is NO MERIT to the allegations.
Also- to the fake Tobias Fox- stop it. You sound dumb and Tobias doesn't even talk like that and isn't even a street dude.

Coxsackie, yeah I went there after getting kicked out of Greene (the actual dates are in the book and upon the documents.) You do know they are across the street.
Cayuga was the place I went home from my last parole violation so the the last place you are incarccerated at in NYS is where they keep your records and where you have to send F.O.I.L. requests. If you don't know the law then you will not know what F.O.I.L. means...
Anyway its whatever...I'm not going to be on here messing up someone elses interview back and fourth.
Get the book, then research the facts...

3XAKILLER- lets get the record straight. I never said I was a gangster. I said I was a soldier. A soldier does what they do for a cause, not because. Gangsters by the hoods standards are killers. In wartime it's necesary to kill. In self defense it may also be neccessary to kill. But this shit that goes on in the hood by so called gangsters is for no cause.
Like I said I've already sold 200 copies out in Long Island the last 4 weeks. The book has documents to back up anything I speak about. You can also send a F.O.I.L request to the Cayuga Corr. if you think they are fake.
3XAKILLER I want to say thanks for all the advertising cuz i'm getting about 4-10 friend requests a day to my social network pages now. You want to kill me but you're doing everything to help me up to this point. I'm not one just to be wasting my words, so I'm a just tell folks to get the book and see how much of a bitch I am.

Huuh-here we go. My address on the net? You're hiding behind a screen name...
My social network pages have my event dates and locations. I been started selling my autobiography 200 copies, 4 weeks ago. In it there is documents from NYS corrections, sentencing and prison infractions. Pictures of customers will be up on my site within a week after they finish adding a photo gallery and some pages.
As far as my radio show, I have about 20 shows aired-lol.
Lol! a bitch and a snitch, come on man you're getting a little crazy. I guess bitch ass niggers knock out co's. Check my Coxsackie Corr. file 1990. Bitch ass niggers do the opposite in prison-you know this.
No I'm no i'm no gangster. I'm a survivor If I need to chill, I chill. If I'm somewhere and I have to turn it up then I'll do this.

This is a sad situation, however IT's LIFE and everything will not go as planned. I'm not on either side, however I just want to comment on a few things. For you all to say "she shouldn't have trusted him with her files," that's absurb and impossible. He obviously had to have access to things in order to do his job accordingly. Throughout his time at her company he obviously showed no sign of this behavior or I'm sure she would have been more careful. Be human people. How many of you actually have a back-up to everything? This is why you go through things...to learn lessons. On to the next pathetic point-out...why on earf are you all blaming UBS for posting this when you're taking 5 minutes out of your life to read it and comment? "This is BS but I'm going to stop my life to read it and comment." Doesn't quite make sense does it? NEXT - This whole situation is so hypocritical. I mean you have a guy doing something out of spite and Ms. Clark is doing what....um...something out of spite. So the obvious cliche is so needed here - 2 wrongs don't make a right. He tried to blackball her and ruin her career and she's doing the same to him. As far as him making her...I wouldn't say he MADE her but I'm pretty damn sure he helped her become successful. People kill me trying to discredit people as soon as shit hits the fan. Everyone helped you get to where to are whether it was the mailman or janitor. People get to a certain level and forget the little people that DID in fact help them. To close this out, both sides look silly. This is what the legal system is for.
