In the debut novel The Ruthless Dictator by Rumont Tekay, readers will be introduced to Adon Cutti a young man with a lot of money, power and respect. This is something that has been passed down from his father and the underworld organization called Convulution which I would define as the mob, but the street credibility-think the CMB from New Jack City but way more powerful--Convulution takes organized crime to another level in this novel.

Adon is a young man with a lot of responsibilities to his organization ,with this high title of power comes times when one has to make decisions and as the saying goes it is business never personal--well almost in this tale.

The Ruthless Dictator is a story of loyalty and at the end of the day there can only be one man standing. Adon is an unwavering man who ultimately doesn't want to hurt anyone- except those who may have crossed him. As an adult he still has nightmares of his parent's untimely demise that he is often haunted by. Those demons truly haunt him and all the Prozac in the world can't cure him. He is seeking answers but some things are best left unsaid.

This book was a sexy, action filled drama that will leave readers wanting more and eagerly anticipating the characters' next move. Loyalty will be tested especially when Adon finds out that his partner in crime Shamrock is also the same person plotting on his downfall. Like Biggie once rapped about Mo' Money...Mo' Problems. Not only does he have that on his plate to worry about but his ex and only child have vanished without a trace. As if that isn't enough Adon has the big boss Nitty breathing down his neck but not for the obvious reasons, there are certainly stories within stories and they all are brilliantly tied together to keep a reader engrossed.

The Ruthless Dictator has all the action of a high speed car chase to definitely have the readers adrenaline pumped if not from the action definitely with the sexy love scenes either way you will not be disappointed.

I truly enjoyed this debut from Rumont Tekay and cannot wait to see what else he has in store! A fabulous literary job well done!

Nothing! Maybe that the book had to end.

What could the author do to improve this book?
Nothing! I truly enjoyed this book from beginning to end.
