  1. Thank you Alison, your teaching is very good and easy to understand. Oh, and also all your music sheets too. I will be buying my new violin soon and give the first 10 lessons a go. Thanks again.

  2. okay sure!!!thanks but im having a hard time for im on a break from my violin classes so my violin is not tuned….and i also need to practice vibrato

  3. Thanks a lot. Your videos are extremely helpful. In this particular video where you’re talking about the sharps and flats in between the 3rd and 4th fingers. You said that with the violin, you don’t normally play D-flat but you play C# instead. I don’t really understand what you meant by that, because I believe that they are the same. Don’t they sound alike? Please do correct me if I’m wrong. Thanks

  4. I’m going to start learning the violin as soon as I can buy one and I’m really happy that I found your channel. I was just wondering, is it easier to learn how to read music while learning the violin or is it easier to learn the violin when you can read music already? I play the piano for about seven years now and I strongly associate the notes that I read with the keys and I was wondering, is that gong to make learning the violin harder for me?
