  1. Girl’s own interpretation was already valid and had a frighteningly excellent quality of its own. But the point of masterclasses is to learn different approaches of playing a piece and she responds immediately to Vengerov’s remarks producing an even better way to play that passage. Girl knows how to play. I’m a fan. Already world-class playing yet still young. x_x What I would give to be her… Vengerov’s describing of the climaxing of the passage as a terrifying monster increasingly getting closer and bigger is the best description. Not only an excellent soloist but an excellent teacher. Only thing I may mildly don’t like about the man is the weird expressions and dancing but he has that right, I guess. lol´╗┐

  2. Amazing session, omg…but Shostakovich always gives me a panic attack. Gotta go breathe into a bag now….lol
    Still….Vengerov is a God.
